Plum & Cardamom Jam

So I can definitely feel the beginnings of Autumn, which I'm crazy happy about; it's definitely the season for jams and warm flavours, hence my inspiration for this delicious plum & cardamom jam.
I am planning on using this in a Plum & Clementine cake, which I will be sharing the recipe for, so if that sounds like it's up your street you can get a head start by making this jam ahead of time, or you can just give in to temptation and smother a load of it on a large piece of toast for breakfast.
