Hey!
First of all sorry it's taken me a while to get up and running, I've been having some serious technical difficulties, but hopefully things will run a bit smoother from now on (may have ordered a new laptop).
Anyhow this is just a little post to let you know that there's a new recipe up! White Chocolate Cookies with a gooey Caramel centre, these bad boys are insane. They're very sweet though, so unless you want a sugar overload I can definitely recommend popping the chilled dough in the freezer and baking one when you have a craving.
There is also a video tutorial, it's my first one, so be kind haha. But in all seriousness I hope the tutorial helps; it's dedicated to Salas and Angel, without both of those guys I don't think I would have ever considered making a video.
I do apologise for a lack of a caramel recipe to go along with the cookies, I'm working on one, and I didn't want to plagiarise anyone else's recipe; we work so hard on these recipes it's not fair to claim someone else's hard work as my own, I can recommend Jane's Patisserie caramel sauce recipe, it's the one I used and it thickens up nicely for piping.
If anyone tries this recipe please let me know, or if anyone has any questions I'm more than happy to answer them, but for now... Go, bake, enjoy!
